Principal

Alli joined Valor in 2021 and serves as Principal on the Investment Team of Valor Siren Ventures.

Prior to joining Valor, Alli spent six years as a management consultant at Bain & Company in the firm’s San Francisco and Paris offices. At Bain, Alli developed deep expertise in private equity due diligence, growth strategy, and GTM strategy, with an industry focus in healthcare. Additionally, Alli has 25+ years of ballet training and has advised the executive teams at San Francisco Ballet, New York City Ballet, Boston Ballet, and Dance/USA on a range of strategy topics.

Alli holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Product Design from Stanford University, where she graduated Tau Beta Pi
