Executive Assistant

Kayla Mignacca joined Valor Equity Partners in 2024 and serves as an Executive Assistant to Antonio Gracias.

Before joining Valor, Kayla was an Executive Assistant at BSE Global, where she supported the Vice Chairman and other senior professionals within the Blue Pool Capital family office.

Prior to BSE Global, Kayla was an Executive Assistant at Starz Entertainment and also worked as a Personal Assistant to a CEO in the entertainment industry. Kayla has extensive experience in supporting leaders across various industries, project management, and event coordination. Kayla began her career as an Assistant Buyer and a Planner at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Kayla holds a B.A. in Fashion Merchandising from LIM College.
