Nicolas Sacramento

Director

Nicolas joined Valor in 2021 and serves as a Director on the Scale Group Team. 

Prior to joining Valor, Nicolas worked for Lockheed Martin in both Quality and Operations Engineering. He has over five years of experience incorporating lean principles in the manufacturing environment, implementing new systems, tools, and training processes. 

Nicolas also gained experience serving as a program quality engineer working with contractual requirements, product acceptance, and developmental builds. Nicolas earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an M.S. in Systems and Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida.
