Max Krohn

Associate

Max joined Valor in 2021 and serves as an Associate on the Scale Group Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Max was a Senior Consultant within Deloitte's M&A Transaction Services group. During his time at Deloitte, Max supported a variety of deals primarily within the pre/post-merger integration and divestiture space. His key engagement experience included Day 1 operational readiness assessments, carve-out financial statement analysis, synergy capture, and overall client workstream management.

Max graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2018 with a BBA in Finance.
