Maria Cardenas

Paralegal

Maria joined Valor in 2022 as a Paralegal on the Legal Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Maria was a Paralegal at JPMorgan Chase & Co., managing the firm’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency licensing filings. Maria was responsible for all of the firm’s regulatory filings related to new branch openings, closings, and market expansion. Maria also previously worked in the Executive Office at JPMorgan Chase & Co., handling regulatory complaints and compliance issues.

Maria earned her Bachelor’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
