Mahal Johnson

Analyst

Mahal joined Valor in 2021 and serves as an Analyst on the Scale Group Team. 

Prior to joining Valor, Mahal was an Administrative Assistant working with City of Seattle law enforcement professionals. During this time, she was responsible for providing high-level support to 1,100 members, managing the office, senior executives, and event planning. 

Mahal earned a B.A. in Social Sciences from Washington State University, where she was a four-year varsity athlete on the Women’s Rowing Team.
