Kelly Geoghegan

Vice President of People

Kelly joined Valor in 2021 and serves as the Vice President on the People Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Kelly served as a Human Resource Officer within the Federal Government. Her responsibilities entailed providing a full range of HR expertise encompassing performance management, policy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and retention.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Human Resources, from Marquette University.
