Addison Bohannon

Vice President, Data Scientist

Addison joined Valor in 2023 as a Vice President on the Valor Labs Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Addison was a Senior Data Scientist at Gusto, a leading cloud-based payroll, benefits, and human resource service provider. Addison was responsible for developing machine learning and forecasting solutions to support customer acquisition. Prior to Gusto, Addison worked in research, developing novel machine learning and signal processing algorithms for human-machine systems. His research work has been published in academic journals and presented at international conferences. Addison also previously served in leadership and operations roles as an infantry officer in the United States Army.

Addison earned both a M.A. and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Mathematics from the United States Military Academy.
