Daniel Mortazavi

Managing Director

Daniel joined Valor in 2024 and serves as a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team.

Daniel brings over 18 years of experience in the private markets and wealth management industries. Prior to joining Valor, he was the Co-Head of Private Wealth Distribution at Sera Global, a private markets advisory firm. Daniel led numerous campaigns in the wirehouse, private bank, and RIA channels.

Prior to Sera Global, Daniel spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley where he held various leadership positions, most recently as the Head of the Private Equity, Credit, and Direct Investment platforms within the Wealth Management division. Previous roles at Morgan Stanley included Strategy and Client Relationship Management.

Daniel earned a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland and is a CFA Charterholder.
