Eric Karpas

Vice President

Eric joined Valor in 2024 and serves as Vice President on the Scale Group Team.

Prior to joining Valor, Eric spent his career building and scaling customer experience teams at growth-stage technology companies. He was the first Customer Success Manager at Addepar, and over the course of six and a half years led Addepar's Customer Education, Support, and Relationship Management teams. Most recently, Eric worked at Bolt, where he led customer-focused teams including Professional Services, Customer Support, Risk Operations, Technical Account Management, and Customer Education.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University.
